Brygghuset är perfekt för korttidsboende / Semester. En bokningsvecka sträcker sig från Söndag - Söndag.
Pris 9800 kr per vecka.

Uthyrningssvillkor av privat Brygghus
Bokningen
Bokningen anses som bekräftad när uthyraren skickat bekräftelsebrev eller email till hyresgästen där datum samt betalningsinformation framgår.
Bokningen skall betalas i fullo senast 1 maj till uthyraren på angivet konto som meddals via mejl.
Om bokningen inte betalas i tid har uthyraren rätt att stryka bokningen.
Vid avbokning
Avbokning kan göras muntligt per telefon eller skriftligt per email direkt till ansvarig uthyrare. Uthyraren är skyldig att bekräfta avbokningen till hyresgästen.
Avbokning skall ske senast 1 månad eller tidigare innan ankomstdatum, då behöver man inte betala mer än en expeditionsavgift på 500 kr.
Om avbokning sker senare än 1 månad innan ankomstdatum behöver hyresgästen betala 80% av hyran. Om brygghuset lyckas bli uthyrd till någon annan den gällande perioden återbetalas 80 % av det belopp som motsvarar den nya hyresgästens hyra med avdrag för expeditionsavgift på 500 kr.
Vid händelse utanför hyresgästens kontroll såsom dödsfall, olycksfall eller sjukdom av allvarlig art som drabbar hyresgästen själv, make/maka, sambo eller familj och som gör att bokningen inte kan nyttjas måste detta styrkas med intyg från t.ex. läkare, myndighet eller försäkringsbolag. Intyget skall skickas till uthyraren inom en vecka från avbokningsdagen. Uthyraren betalar således tillbaka hyran minus 500 kr i expeditionsavgift.
Uthyrarens skyldigheter
Stugan skall motsvara annonsen och beskrivningen av objektet.
Stugan skall vara städad och tillgänglig på den tidspunkt som avtalats med hyresgästen.
Uthyraren har rätt att utse en annan person vid utlämning/inlämning av nycklar och inspektion.
Hyresgästens skyldigheter
Hyresgästen måste vårda stugan väl och ansvarar själv för skador som uppstår på fastigheten och dess inventarier.
Hyresgästen får inte använda stugan till något annat eller låta fler personer övernatta än vad som uppgavs vid bokningstillfället. (vanligtvis sommarboende)
Hyresgästen måste städa stugan ordentligt före avresa. Städmaterial tillhandahålls av uthyraren.

The booking
The booking is considered confirmed when the lessor has sent a confirmation letter or email to the tenant, which includes the date and payment information.
The booking must be paid in full by May 1 at the latest to the lessor on the specified account communicated via email.
If the booking is not paid on time, the lessor has the right to cancel the booking.
In case of cancellation
Cancellation can be made verbally by telephone or in writing by email directly to the responsible lessor. The lessor is obliged to confirm the cancellation to the lessee.
Cancellation must take place no later than 1 month or earlier before the arrival date, then you do not have to pay more than an expedition fee of SEK 500.
If cancellation occurs later than 1 month before the arrival date, the tenant must pay 80% of the rent. If the brewery succeeds in being rented out to someone else during the current period, 80% of the amount corresponding to the new tenant's rent will be refunded, minus a handling fee of SEK 500.
In the event of an event beyond the tenant's control such as death, accident or illness of a serious nature that affects the tenant himself, spouse, partner or family and which means that the booking cannot be used, this must be proven with a certificate from e.g. doctor, authority or insurance company. The certificate must be sent to the lessor within one week of the cancellation date. The lessor thus pays back the rent minus SEK 500 in handling fees.
Lessor's obligations
The cottage must correspond to the advertisement and the description of the object.
The cottage must be cleaned and available at the time agreed with the tenant.
The lessor has the right to appoint another person when issuing/handing in keys and inspection.
Tenant's obligations
The tenant must take good care of the cottage and is personally responsible for damages that occur to the property and its furnishings.
The tenant may not use the cabin for anything else or let more people stay overnight than was stated at the time of booking. (usually summer accommodation)
The tenant must clean the cabin properly before departure. Cleaning materials are provided by the lessor.
Prices
The Cottage is perfect for short-term accommodation / holidays up to 6 persons.
A booking week extends from Sunday - Sunday.
The price is SEK 9800 per week.
